Where to come and parking:
Hoole Occupational Health is located at Katusepapi 6, Tallinn. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your visit so that you can be on time for the procedure. Parking is free of charge in front of the building for 1.5 hours with a parking meter.
Documents
Please bring an ID card/passport/driving licence.
Eating and drinking
For blood tests, please do not eat or drink (except plain water) for 2-3 hours before the health check.
If you are taking prescription medication, take it as usual, as prescribed by your doctor.
Glasses and lenses
If you are a spectacle wearer, bring glasses with you to the eye check. If you wear contact lenses, you must remove your lenses a few hours before your appointment.
Use of medicines
You can use any medicines prescribed for you before your visit.
Getting sick
Please do not come for a check-up if you are ill and/or on disability leave. Please inform your employer as soon as possible if you become ill, and your employer will pass the information on to us.
Occupational health is compulsory for all companies registered in Estonia, including remote workers and digital nomads.
