Documents
Please bring an ID card/passport/driving licence.
Eating and drinking
For blood tests, please do not eat or drink (except plain water) for 2-3 hours before the health check.
If you are taking prescription medication, take it as usual, as prescribed by your doctor.
Glasses and lenses
If you are a spectacle wearer, bring glasses with you to the eye check. If you wear contact lenses, you must remove your lenses a few hours before your appointment.
Use of medicines
You can use any medicines prescribed for you before your visit.
Getting sick
Please do not come for a check-up if you are ill and/or on disability leave. Please inform your employer as soon as possible if you become ill, and your employer will pass the information on to us.
